As a designer it is my job to seek well made and beautiful things that fit a wide range of budgets. When I found Kantara I was very impressed. The quality, colors, price and service were impeccable. Ended up buying three rugs and will be back for other projects. I would be thrilled to have these in my own home and will soon!

Overview:

This is a vintage piece that looks to have been cut down at one point from a much longer, narrower piece. We fell in love with rug's banded design that features both flatweave and tufted sections. The tufted sections are few and far between. Where they do pop up, they sit quite low to the rug, as they've been worn down over time. This just adds to the textural quality of the rug. This is quite a thin piece and could potentially even be used as a blanket. As a rug, we would definitely recommend getting a rug pad to secure it in place.
